About this experience

Victoria is designed to help patients and visitors better understand the practice and the services available.

She can help you:

  • Learn more about medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services
  • Explore topics such as skin cancer care, Mohs surgery, acne, eczema, cosmetic treatments, laser procedures, and injectables
  • Understand the difference between various services and treatment categories
  • Find helpful information about appointments, office details, and other common questions
  • Navigate the site more easily and get to the right information faster

Victoria is here to provide general educational and informational support. She is not a medical provider and does not diagnose skin conditions or offer personal treatment recommendations.

Before you begin

Before starting your conversation with Victoria, here are a few helpful things to keep in mind:

  • Victoria is best for general questions about the practice, services, and patient experience
  • She is here to guide and educate, not to diagnose or provide medical advice
  • If you have an urgent concern or a personal question about your symptoms, treatment, or medical care, it is best to contact the office directly or schedule an appointment
  • For the best experience, we recommend using an up-to-date browser such as Chrome or Safari
  • Victoria talks by voice, so please make sure your microphone is turned on

Our goal is to make your experience feel easy, welcoming, and informative from the very beginning.

During your session

You are welcome to ask Victoria simple questions in a natural way, just as you would if you were speaking with a helpful member of the office team.

Here are a few examples:

  • What services do you offer?
  • What is Mohs surgery?
  • Do you treat acne or eczema?
  • What cosmetic dermatology treatments are available?
  • Do you help with skin cancer concerns?
  • What should I expect at my first appointment?
  • Where is the office located?
  • How do I schedule a visit?
  • Do you accept insurance?
  • Which service page should I look at first?

She may put a short summary or a few choices on screen beside her; tap a choice to answer. When you’re finished, just say goodbye and she will end the call.

Frequently asked questions

Let’s build what’s next.

Talk to us
What is a dermatology web concierge?

A live, voice-driven avatar on your practice’s website. It greets visitors, answers common questions about your services, and points each person to the right next step, whether that is a service page, your office details, or how to book. Victoria, above, is an example built for a dermatology and Mohs surgery practice.

Can it give medical advice or diagnose a skin condition?

No. It provides general educational and informational support only. When a visitor describes something concerning, such as a mole that is changing, a lesion that bleeds, or a wound that will not heal, it recommends prompt evaluation by a clinician instead of guessing, and it routes personal medical questions to your team.

Where do its answers come from?

Only from content you approve: your website, service and treatment pages, provider bios, office details and FAQs. If an answer is not in that content, it says so and points the visitor to your office rather than inventing details about treatments, pricing, insurance or policies.

Does it cover both medical and cosmetic dermatology?

Yes, as long as the services are in your approved content: medical dermatology such as acne and eczema, skin cancer care and Mohs surgery, and cosmetic treatments such as lasers and injectables. When a question sounds urgent, safety comes first and cosmetic framing is left out.

Can it help patients book appointments?

It explains how to request a visit and directs patients to your appointment page or office line. It can also help a patient work out which type of visit fits their concern before they book.

How do patients talk to it?

By voice, right in the browser, with nothing to download. The browser asks for the microphone; the camera stays off. The avatar can put a short summary or a few tap-to-answer choices on screen beside the video, so nobody has to type, and when the patient says goodbye it ends the call.

What about patient privacy?

The concierge is built with HIPAA-conscious design principles. It sticks to general questions about the practice, never asks visitors for personal health details, and sends personal medical questions to your team.

Is it available after hours?

Yes. It is on your website whenever your website is, so evening and weekend visitors get answers, and your front desk fields fewer routine calls.

How do we get started?

Talk to us. We review your website and services, build the concierge’s knowledge from the content you approve, and agree its guardrails with your team before it goes live on your site.
